I found this little baby down at the PGA show this year. They put me throught the “one minute warm up” and I was hooked. You see I’m one of those guys who is always rushing to the first tee and didn’t have time to warm up. Some times it takes me a few holes to get my groove on and by then  my score is shot.

So the answer is this little golf swing weight - but it’s not a donut or a weighted club.

You place this weighted device on your club and lock it into place for high , middle , and low on the club shaft to streatch different muscles and to help feel the “release” of the club.

I talked to a few club fitters who use the product before fittings to get the golfers upto their normal swing speed before a fitting.
